To all of my family, my children, Tracy, Christina, and Maria, my grand
daughter Kyla, my Mother, my brothers and sisters and all of my relatives
and friends:
I wanted to tell you that I love all of you very much, and to ask you to
pray for my soul. Please forgive me for any harm or offense I have
commited and for any good that I failed to do.
I would like Barbara and/or Tinney to execute my Will and make all of
the Funeral arrangements with Sinchak's in Warren, Ohio. I request no
extrordinary life support beyond food and water according to my
Catholic Faith. I request that my above named Executors not be required
to furnish bond. I would like to be burried in a Consecrated Catholic
Cemetary. I would like to have a Funeral Mass said at the National
Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon. I leave all of my writings, including
those on my Web site, to Barbara Armstrong.
I should be debt free, therefore I request that any money left from my
life insurance or any other source, after paying for the funeral and my
Daughter Maria's wedding, or any other unknown debt, be given to the
National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon in North Jackson, Ohio. I give
my sister, Barbara Armstrong, full Power of Attorney to execute any
documents, transactions, transfers or settlements, as well as access to all
financial bank accounts and 401k accounts.

*Checking and Savings Accounts are with Seven Seventeen Credit
Union in Warren, Ohio.
