Heb 5:1-4 - Every high priest is taken from among men and made their representative before God...No one takes this honor upon himself but only when called by God, just as Aaron was.
Heb 5:1

Heb 5:2
(ASV) who can bear gently with the ignorant and erring, for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity;
